Please pray for my mom, JoAnn, as she makes the transition to living in California with my brother and his wife.  Mom is being well cared for as my sister-in-law is a great nurse.  Mom should enjoy the milder winter weather, and the great food.

Prayers for my friend, Pat Popma, who will be starting a new phase in her life by getting an insulin pump the end of this month.  This will make controling her sugar levels a lot easier!

Please pray for a good friend, Janet, who is going through breast cancer.

Prayers for my another very good friend, Colleen, who needs peace and comfort during a rough time.

And prayers for myself as I get a PET Scan on Wednesday, Aug. 29, to see if there are any remaining cancer cells from my colon cancer battle.  I'll find out on September 10 if I can be considered "in remission".  I thought I already was until I received notice on the PET Scan!
